Rostelecom shareholders approve FY 2021 dividend

Moscow, Russia – 1 July 2022. Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP), the largest integrated digital service provider in Russia, today announces that at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in absentia on 30 June 2022, a final cash dividend for FY 2021 was approved on both ordinary and preferred shares. The total dividend payment will amount to RUB 15.9 billion (50% of IFRS[1] net profit for FY 2021), or RUB 4.56 per ordinary or preferred share. Shareholders approved 20 July 2022 as the 2021 final dividend record date.

Additionally, shareholders approved Rostelecom’s Annual Report and its financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, elected a new Board of Directors and Audit Committee, selected Rostelecom’s auditor, and voted on other items on the AGM’s agenda.
