Rostelecom announces RUB 15 bn bond placement. Coupon set at 8.75%

Moscow, Russia – 26 July 2022. Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP), the largest digital service provider in Russia, today announces the placement of its 002P-09R series bonds at a 8.75% coupon. The bonds, worth a total of RUB 15 billion, will have a maturity of three and a half years and a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each.

The 002P-09R series Rostelecom bonds are expected to be placed on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX) on 4 August 2022. Bond proceeds will be used for refinancing purposes without taking on additional debt.

Gazprombank, Russian Agricultural Bank, Credit Bank of Moscow and BK Region are acting as arrangers for the deal.
