Rostelecom announces RUB 15 bn bond placement. Coupon set at 10.2%

Moscow, Russia – 7 June 2022. Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP), the largest digital service provider in Russia, today announces the placement of its 002P-08R series bonds at a 10.2% coupon. The bonds, worth a total of RUB 15 billion, will have a maturity of 3 years and a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each.

The 002P-08R series Rostelecom bonds are expected to be placed on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX) on 15 June 2022. Bond proceeds will be used for refinancing purposes without taking on additional debt.

Gazprombank, Russian Agricultural Bank and Credit Bank of Moscow are acting as arrangers for the deal.
