I Run and Help

In 2018 Rostelecom together with the "Life Line" charity fund launched the All-Russian project "I Run and Help". The main goal of the project is to run 100 thousand km by joint efforts, convert them into 1 million rubles and transfer them to the Life Line Fund for treatment of children with rare diseases.

The sports charity project "I Run and Help" is organized under support of the I Love Supersport campaign to involve Rostelecom employees in the system of healthy lifestyle. From April to September 2018, 1255 employees-runners and 500 volunteers across the country took part in the charity project "I Run and Help". Within the framework of the project, eight massed all-Russian starts were organized: in Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg.

The second million of rubles was collected by Rostelecom at the second stage of I Run and Help project. From November 2018 to April 2019, employees and volunteers of the Company went skiing, jogging, swimming, and walking. All kilometers traveled were counted on the online platform. Every kilometer of the distance traveled was converted into rubles: 1 km brought 10 rubles to the participants. The raised funds were sent to the "Life Line" Fund for an endoprosthesis operation.

In total, more than 2.5 thousand employees and volunteers of Rostelecom are taking part in the project.
