Company Structure

Rostelecom structure is based on the system of local offices which consists of the Main Long-Distance Telecommunication Centre, 7 regional offices and 3 functional branches.

The regional offices consist the backbone of the company. They provide the smooth operation of the Rostelecom network throughout the country, connection of local communication networks to the Company’s backbone network, and accounting with the local telecom operators.
