The Proyektoriya Project

The All-Russia career guidance forum "Proyektoriya" (former "Future intellectual leaders of Russia") has been held on the order of the President of the Russian Federation since 2013. It engages experts of Russia's biggest companies, the best teachers of the country and motivated schoolchildren to address current issues in the field of career guidance and self-determination.

The project includes All-Russian open lessons, festivals of professional tests (ProfProb), as well as the traditional final forum in Yaroslavl. At every stage, Rostelecom provides technological support and offers high-quality digital services for the project.

The All-Russian open lessons are career guidance classes organized by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation in conjunction with the PROYEKTORIYA portal. Representatives of the largest companies and leading universities in Russia address the participants which are high school students, teachers and parents. Each lesson takes place in an online broadcast format with simultaneous participation of more than 20 thousand schools and connection of four different regions of the Russian Federation through a teleconference.

In 2018, ProfProbe festivals were held in Astrakhan, Velikiy Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, St. Petersburg, Tomsk and Tyumen. Rostelecom experts and speakers took an active part in the program of festivals: they gave classes and held master classes for schoolchildren.

The PROYEKTORIYA Fîrum includes:

  1. discussion platforms and presentations of projects and companies;
  2. lectures and master classes by leading experts in education and business;
  3. All-Russia case championship with connection of remote project teams;
  4. technological laboratories and workshops;
  5. competitions of educational programs and engineering projects;
  6. press conferences, interviews;
  7. summarizing the results of competitions held during the year, rewarding winners and signing contracts.

At the 2018 forum Rostelecom demonstrated its own Cybersecurity Center and smart school equipment. Rostelecom President Mikhail Oseevskiy gave a lecture to schoolchildren on IT technologies and told them about changes in the requirements to professional knowledge and skills of future Company employees providing digital services.
