Rostelecom announces RUB 10 bn bond placement, сoupon set at 9.2%

Moscow, Russia – 9 February 2023. Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP), the largest digital service provider in Russia, today announces the placement of its 002P-10R series bonds at a 9.2% coupon. The bonds, worth a total of RUB 10 billion, will have a maturity of 3 years and a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each.

The 002P-10R series Rostelecom bonds are expected to be placed on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX) on 15 February 2023. Bond proceeds will be used for refinancing purposes without taking on additional debt.

The deal was arranged by Gazprombank, CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW, Rosselkhozbank, and REGION Broker Company.
