Notice regarding ADR programme

Moscow, Russia – 13 May 2022. Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), the largest digital service provider in Russia, today announces that pursuant to Federal Law No.114-FZ dated 16 April 2022 (the “Law”), the Company has sent a notice to its depositary bank – Citibank, N.A. – requesting the termination of the deposit agreement governing the American Depository Receipts issued on Rostelecom ordinary shares (the “ADR programme”).
The ADR programme will be terminated in line with the deposit agreement set to expire on 8 July 2022.
ADR holders may contact Citibank, N.A. directly to cancel their depositary receipts and withdraw underlying shares.
