Our biggest challenge in the last two years has clearly been to support our colleagues globally through COVID-19, and it was imperative on us to re-imagine how we could equip our employees with the resources, services and tools to support their work and development, but most importantly to secure their safety and mental wellbeing. The excellent performance in the European telecom sector and among world’s best employers has also surpassed our own expectations which once again proves that we have chosen the right trajectory in employee engagement on the journey to achieving our strategic ambition to become the best employer."
