ACRA assigns AA(RU) to RU000A100881 bond issued by Rostelecom

Moscow, Russia – March 26, 2019 – Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), the largest digital service provider in Russia, today announces that ACRA credit agency has assigned AA(RU) to RU000A100881 bond issued by Rostelecom.
Taking into account high creditworthiness and medium leverage of the issuer, as well as the absence of secured debt, the agency applied the simplified approach, in accordance with which the credit rating of the bond is equivalent to that of PJSC Rostelecom, i.e. AA(RU).
The credit rating of PJSC Rostelecom is based on the Company's very strong business profile, very large scope, leading market positions and very high liquidity, as well as moderate support from the state.
