Rostelecom announces RUB 15 bln Bond placement

Coupon rate set at 8.45% per annum

Moscow, Russia – March 26, 2019 – Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), the largest digital service provider in Russia, today announces the placement of its 001P-05R[1]series bonds at a coupon rate of 8.45% per annum. The bonds, with a total nominal value of RUB 15 billion, have a three-year put option from placement and a maturity of 10 years with a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each.

The 001P-05R series Rostelecom bonds are expected to be placed at the Moscow Exchange (MOEX) on April 03, 2019.

The funds from the bonds placement are expected to be used for the refinancing purposes.

The lead arrangers of the offering are VTB Capital, Sberbank CIB, Gazprombank, Rosbank.

50 book orders were placed from all groups of investors, including banks, investment companies, management companies, insurance companies and private investors. The issue was oversubscribed by over 5 times at peak of demand which resulted in the extension of the initial bond placement to RUB15 bln.
