Vladimir Kirienko appointed Senior Vice-President for business development and management

Moscow, Russia – September 28, 2016 - Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, today announces Vladimir Kirienko has been appointed as Senior Vice-President for business development and management. Vladimir will be responsible for the management of three key business areas: corporate marketing, the coordination of commercial activity in addition to responsibility for regional branches, as well as the direction of the Company's new business development.

Vladimir S. Kirienko was born in Nizhny Novgorod on the 27th of May, 1983. In 2005, he graduated from the Higher School of Economics National Research University specializing in Economics and Finance, and in 2014 from the Moscow Skolkovo Management School with an Executive MBA. Between 2005 and 2011 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Volga TV Company, in addition to being a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sarovbusinessbank OJSC. From 2008 to 2011 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nizhegorodpromstroybank. Since 2011, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Capital LLC. Vladimir has experience in direct investments in Russian companies and IT businesses.

Larisa Tkachuk will remain in her position as Senior Vice President at the Company.
