S&P upgrades outlook to Stable for Rostelecom’s credit rating of ‘BB+’

Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX - RTS: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX:ROSYY), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, announces that S&P Global Ratings has upgraded the outlook to Stable on its Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of ‘BB+’. The decision on the outlook was made on September 21, 2016.
