Vice President for Industry Digitization
Dmitry Proskura was born in the city of Kirov on March 7,1970. In 1991 he graduated from Kirov Polytechnic Institute and later in 1999 from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics. He also finished Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Presidential Executive Training Program). He received his Ph.D. in technology and Doctor of Economics degrees and Executive МВА diploma.
Dmitry has been in telecommunications industry since 1992. He started as a programmer-engineer, and then became director of a branch. In April 2006 he was appointed Deputy General Director and Director of Kirov branch of OJSC VolgaTelecom. In 2007–2011 he became Deputy General Director and Director of Nizhniy Novgorod branch of OJSC VolgaTelecom, and later took the position of Director of Nizhniy Novgorod branch of PJSC Rostelecom. In April 2011 he was appointed Vice President and Director of Volga Macroregional Branch of PJSC Rostelecom.
In 2019 Dmitry became one of the winners of Russia’s Leaders contest.
In October 2019 Dmitry Proskura was appointed Rostelecom Vice President for Industry Digitization.
