Rostelecom successfully completes secondary placement of RUB 3 billion of exchange-traded bonds

Moscow, Russia 19 April 2022. Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), the largest digital service provider in Russia, has successfully completed a secondary placement of RUB 3 billion of 001P-05R series bonds repurchased previously through a put offer.

With the offering price set at 101.50% of the bond’s par value, the offering was oversubscribed by more than three times. The bond matures on 21 March 2029 and has a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each. Proceeds generated from the bond placement will be used for refinancing purposes. Gazprombank acted as the placement arranger.
