Rostelecom Publishes Annual Report for 2020

Moscow, Russia – May 5, 2021 – Rostelecom announces today the publication of its Annual Report for 2020, prepared in accordance with Russian law and corporate best practice. The report describes the Company’s performance in key business areas, financial results and non-financial performance, and provides a corporate governance update. It also reveals the updated corporate strategy for 2021-2025 approved by the Board of directors on 19 April 2021.Rostelecom continued digital transformation enabled it to accelerate growth and better engage with consumers. In the Sustainability section of the report, Rostelecom highlights its ESG focus areas and the Company`s track record on environmental, social and corporate governance performance. The company sharpens its focus on promoting healthier lives, improving livelihoods through Rostelecom’s digital solutions and protecting and restoring the environment, - the most significant ESG topics for stakeholders.
