Rostelecom appoints Citi as Depositary Bank for ADR Programme

Moscow, Russia – December 31, 2019 – Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX - RTS: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, today announces that Citi, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed to act as depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (“ADR”) programme.

Rostelecom’s American Depositary Shares (“ADS”) trade on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol “RKMD” and on OTCQX market under the symbol “ROSYY”. Each ADS represents six ordinary shares of the company. Rostelecom’s underlying ordinary shares are listed and trade on the Moscow Stock Exchange under the symbol “RTKM” (preferred shares are traded under the symbol “RTKMP”).
