Rostelecom appoints Citi as Depositary Bank for ADR Programme

Moscow, Russia – December 31, 2019 Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX - RTS: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, today announces that Citi, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed to act as depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (“ADR”) programme.

Rostelecoms American Depositary Shares (ADS) trade on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol RKMD and on OTCQX market under the symbol ROSYY. Each ADS represents six ordinary shares of the company. Rostelecoms underlying ordinary shares are listed and trade on the Moscow Stock Exchange under the symbol RTKM (preferred shares are traded under the symbol RTKMP).
