ACRA upgrades PJSC Rostelecom to AA+(RU), outlook stable

PJSC Rostelecom (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP), Russia’s largest provider of digital services and solutions, today announces that the rating agency ACRA has upgraded PJSC Rostelecom to AA+(RU), outlook stable, and bond issues to AA+(RU). The credit rating has been upgraded to reflect the Company' better operational risk profile and implementation of its development strategy for 2021–2025 ahead of schedule.
